Transport & Delivery

We handle your order with care and do our best to deliver as quick as possible! Normally orders are processed within 48 hours. When processed they will be prepared for shipment. Sometimes it can happen that some item runs out of stock or there is another delay in the order processing. When we are not able to process the order within 48 hours, we will inform you about your order status as soon as possible.

Prices are excluding VAT and excluding transport costs. Transport costs depends on: Delivery address; we only ship within the EU Weight of the total order; this will be calculated when completing the order Volume of the order.

Delivery is done by different transport companies, parcel services or post offices. In general: for most countries within the EU, delivery varies from 2 to 5 working days, after order processing. Unfortunately we can't guarantee upfront the transit time, this varies on the type of transport and destination.
